PESINA INSAAT SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED GDPR STATEMENT
As Pesina Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd.Sti. (“Pesina”), it is one of our prioritized principle that keeping an individual’s private life confidential and personal information secure and also protecting fundamental rights and freedoms. 6698 numbered Turkish Law of Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and European General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR), give the data owners the right to make several request regarding how their data is going to be processed with article number 11 called “Data Owners Right”. Our companies’ responsible parties have created this information request form in order to fulfill their responsibilities to enlighten data owner as per KVKK article 10.
AS KVKK article 11 states, you can apply Pesina to use the rights given below by filling the form given in the attachments.
- You can get information regarding if your personal data is processed or not,
- If your data is processed you can request information in this respect,
- You can get information regarding why your data is being processed and also if is used on correct purpose or not.
- You can learn domestic or international third parties which your data was transferred to
- If your personal data is processed in correctly, you can request correction.
- If the conditions in KVKK article 7 are met, you have the right to request your data to be deleted or disposed.
- IF processes mentioned in (e) and (f) clauses took place, you have the right to request for notification of these.
- If there is a analyze took place exclusively with automated systems which resulted against your good you have the right to object and
- If there is a suffering against you because of your personal data processed against KVKK you have the right to claim these losses or sufferings.
As per KVKK article 13 states, data owners should communicate their requests in written format or other methods that Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) decided. Application made within this scope to our company can be done without any fee to our side, by filling this form and printing it out and using one of the four method given below.

Third party individuals are not entitled to apply for information request which are defined in KVKK’s article 11. In order for any other individual to apply for personal data requests. Special power attorney delegation must be made by the data owner which is approved by notary and this power attorney should be signed by the data owner for the specific subject.
In case the data request requires a process to take place with a fee. The fee will be charged by our company’s tariff which is determined by personal data protection board
The application which is received by the company, will be answered in the following 30 days upon receiving request as it was defined in KVVK article 13/2. Our responses will be delivered in written or electronic formats as KVKK article 13 defines.
