What do I get at the end?
A material board listing your choices with quantities. When you send it, a Pesina project manager reviews it and replies in your language with an EXW quote.
Do you quote EXW or CIF?
By default we quote EXW Türkiye, which is the fastest. CIF to your destination port is available on request; it needs volume and freight calculation, so it takes longer.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin. Other documents, such as EUR.1 or country-specific customs papers, can be arranged on request at the buyer's cost; please ask your customs agent what your country requires.
Can different products travel in one container?
Yes. Tiles, sanitaryware, taps and doors can be loaded together in a mixed container.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the products and stock, and our sales team confirms it with the quote. In-stock items shipped by full truckload can reach Europe or Georgia in 5–8 days.
How do I pay?
Usually an advance payment starts the order and the balance is paid before shipment. For in-stock items or short lead times, payment may be 100% in advance. L/C is possible for some products with an advance payment and confirmation by our bank; please talk to us before issuing one.
