First, decide on color temperature from warm (3000K) to cool color (6500K).
And then, how many lumens will you need? Generally speaking for each m2 you can take 100 Lumens.
Now that you know what lumen you have to use, by how many Led Downlights you will get that light output (lumen)

First find the exact place that you would like to install on a ceiling
Cut out a circle according to cut diameter indicated above. Use plasterboard saw preferably.
Put the wiring through the hole.
Install the downlight and fix it.
