Sandwich Panel Roofs — Export to Balkans & Georgia

Pesina supplies roof & wall sandwich panels with strong thermal insulation and long service life. Fast delivery from Türkiye to the Balkans and Georgia.

Sandwich Panel

Sandwich panel is widely used in Prefabricated House walls and roofs. Although EPS is one of the best material that has a very high efficiency in heat insulation, there is a trade off with fire protection. EPS stands for expanded polystyrene, which is a lightweight and rigid plastic material that has good thermal insulation.

Sandwich panels are widely used for industrial and residential roofs and walls. As a Turkish exporter, we supply insulated panels to the Balkans (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia) and Georgia. Our panels meet EU standards and deliver strong energy savings.

Sandwich panel roof different colors

Sandwich Panel has a wide range of applications, such as roofs, walls, floors, partitions, cold storages, container houses, etc.

Sandwich panel PUR can be classified into different types according to the thickness of the core and the surface material. For example:

– Sandwich panel PUR 50mm: This type has a core thickness of 50mm and a steel sheet surface. It is suitable for external walls, interior walls, floors, etc.

Core Thickness

• PIR / PUR – best U-values for energy saving
• Rock Wool – A1 fire resistance
• EPS – economic solution
• Standard thicknesses:  40 / 50 / 60 / 80 / 100 /120 /150 mm

Steel And Coating

• Steel: 0.40–0.60 mm
• Coating: Polyester / PU / PVDF
• Effective width: 1000 mm (roof trapezoid)
• Popular RALs: 9002, 9006, 7016, 3009 (others by MOQ)

FAQ

Solar Panels on Sandwich Panel Roof Tops

Solar Panels can be installed on sandwich panel roof tops. Since they are lightweight and strong, this makes them ideal to use it together with solar panels.

  • Use a mounting system designed for sandwich panels
  • Make sure the sandwich panels are strong enough to bear that additional solar panel loads
  • Seal any penetrations on the roof so that there is no leakage.

There are some variety of infill materials, like Polyurethane (PUR), Polyisocyanurate (PIR), Rockwool. The last one is inorganic material that makes it fireproof.

Aluminium also widely used for sandwich panels to make more corrosion resistant. Strength of aluminum is lower comparing the steel counterparts so thicker sheets should be used.

For external walls and roofs, 50mm infill thickness is selected, but if there is a need for better heat insulation as in the cold rooms, then 100mm thick is chosen.
