C Channels C Studs for Partition Wall Framing (C50, C75, C100)
Our C-channels, also called C-studs, are used as vertical framing members in drywall partition systems. Available in 50, 75, 100 mm web widths, they provide excellent stability and fire resistance when combined with gypsum boards. They are designed to fit perfectly into their corresponding U-Tracks. We supply a full range of sizes, including C50, C75, and C100, in thicknesses from 0.40 mm to 1.00 mm to suit various wall heights and requirements.
U Tracks U Channel Runners for Drywall Systems (U50, U75, U100)
U-tracks act as the top and bottom runners that secure C-studs in partition walls. Made of galvanized steel sheet (DX51D Z100), they provide a strong base for both drywall partitions and suspended ceiling frameworks. They secure the C-Studs, ensuring their alignment. We supply U50, U75, and U100 tracks to match our C-Stud dimensions, providing a complete and compatible system.
Suspended Drop Ceiling Profiles (CD & UD Channels)
Our metal suspended ceiling framing system is engineered to create high-quality, level. These profiles are essential for gypsum board ceiling applications, offering a stable grid for easy installation.
UD Perimeter Channels (Ceiling U Profile)
The UD profile (also known as a “Perimeter Channel” or “Ceiling U Profile”) is fixed to the surrounding walls to form the perimeter of the suspended ceiling. It supports and provides a level for the CD furring channels. Our UD profiles (e.g., 28/27mm) ensure a clean, precise edge finish for your ceiling system.
